Base Module
The Base module represents the foundation of the Software application suite. All common functionalities, features and inter module communication and integration platforms reside in the Base module.Â
In this section, you will explore the User Sign-Up process within the Synix Application Suite. The Sign-Up function enables newly registered users to securely create their login credentials. This process serves as the initial and essential step for accessing the Synix General Insurance Application Suite, ensuring that each user is properly authenticated before engaging with system features.
Open the Invitation email received at your registered email address.
Click the System Access URL mentioned in your email.
Use the User ID mentioned in your mail as your User ID and any key as your password.
Select either registered mobile number or email address as the Password Recovery Mode.
If mobile recovery mode selected, enter the OTP received as a text message.
If email recovery mode selected, click the 'Reset Your Password' in youre recovery instruction mail.
Enter a password that meets all of the system's security policies.
Re enter your new password.
Use the Hide/Unhide Password option if you wish to view the characters as you type your password.
Click the Reset Password button to save your credentials.
Use your username and newly created password to sign into the Synix General Insurance Application Suite.
In this section, you will explore the User Sign-In process of the Synix Application Suite. The Sign-In function is designed to provide a secure access to authorised users, ensuring that only verified personnel can view sensitive information and perform system related activities. This feature plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the Synix Application Suite.
Open the Synix General Insurance Application Suite URL and navigate to the login screen.
Enter your User ID.
Enter your Password
Use the Hide/Unhide Password option if you wish to view the characters as you type your password.
After filling in your user credentials, click the 'Sign In Now' button to proceed.
If your entered User Credentials are correct, you will be successfully logged in to the system and redirected to the Synix system dashboard, where you can start performing your system related activities.
In this section, you will explore the User Sign-Out process of the Synix Application Suite. Properly signing out is a vital step in protecting your account and business data, particularly when working on shared or public devices. By following this process, you ensure that your session is fully closed, reducing the risk of unauthorised access and maintaining the data security.
Click the Profile image icon at the top-right corner of your system screen
Froom the available options of the dropdown menu, select the Sign Out option.
A confirmation prompt will appear to confirm the sign out.
Click 'No, Cancel' button, to revoke the sign out and return back to the system.
Click 'Yes, Sign Out Now' button, to confirm the sign out.
IF confirmed the sign out, you will be safely signed out from the system and redirected to the login screen.
